So what do we look for in employees at Stroll? We seek high-quality individuals who want to work in an innovative, energetic culture that values excellence and learning. We have an extremely selective interview process that identifies the best and the brightest. We are committed to career development and invest in our employees’ training and education. Most Stroll employees agree that they have learned more in our offices than in any job they have held.
At Stroll, our culture is casual and family-like. We work in tight-knit teams and are committed to calculated, analysis-driven risk-taking in our business decision making. That might make us a bit "nerdier" than the rest—but it also makes us the best.
To get there, we are actively building relationships with investors, partners and others who want to be part of the next great Internet success story. Contact us for additional information.
We look for people who are passionate about business and are driven to succeed and who are capable of raising the game of the whole team. Our standards are exceptionally high, which are reflected in the way our people approach their work. They see their impact on a daily basis and constantly challenge themselves and the company to learn more and improve.
At the end of the day, it's all about the quality of the work we produce and our ability to achieve great results. That's what ultimately counts. We work hard because achieving great results is hard work. However, we still find time to laugh and have some fun along the way, celebrating our achievements.
And at Stroll, we work hard! Our performance-based culture is designed to nurture and surface the best in our employees. We hire "A" Players ready to roll up their sleeves and work hard. We've developed a performance-based culture deliberately designed to nurture and bring out the best in each and every member of the team. They see their impact on a daily basis and constantly challenge themselves and the company to learn more and improve.
Everybody has a voice and we encourage employees to use it. Every Stroll employee has a distinct purpose that we urge them to maximize—all within a high-growth environment with room to spread their wings.
Stroll employees are connected to the company and our values because they are immersed in our culture, mindful of our passion and commitment, and fully aware of how the business works. In short, they know what’s going on and are encouraged to voice their opinions on how to improve it.
We work in close knit teams in our offices – often cross-functional, interdepartmental teams – to challenge each other and get results more effectively and efficiently than our competition. We stretch our abilities to the limits and we expect nothing but the best from one another. The results of you and your team's efforts are clearly visible on a daily basis. Everyone here at Stroll has the clear understanding that we are each responsible for the growth of our company.
Finally, we strive for balance; understanding that family, friends and work are all essential parts of an exceptional employee.
We designed our benefits program with you in mind. We know our employees work hard and are some of the best in the industry. By offering a robust package with perks, we are able to keep up with the demand for top talent.
Being a self-improvement company, we "practice what we preach". Promoting stimulating and healthy living is a way of life for all of us at Stroll. For exempt employees, Benefits with our company start on your first day of work with us!
Our interview process at Stroll is thorough because we're looking for individuals who want to build a long-lasting, fulfilling career with our company – not just fill a seat. We invest considerable time in the interview process because we know that people are our most important asset. We have high standards and look for people who have them as well.
If you have submitted your resume through one of our postings on a job board or through our web site, you can be sure that our recruiter has seen your credentials. If the recruiter thinks you may have what we're looking for, he or she will call you and conduct an initial phone screen to talk about your background and what you are looking for to see if there is a potential match.
If you pass the phone screen, you will then be asked to take at least one assessment test that focuses on the skills needed to succeed in the job for which you applied.
With successful skills test results, you will then be set up on a more formal phone interview with the recruiter. This interview will last for about an hour and will focus much deeper on your background and applicable skills. This will also be the time you can ask any questions you may have about the role, the culture of our company and the hiring manager (to whom you'll be reporting if you're hired).
Upon completion of a successful phone interview with the recruiter, you will then be scheduled to meet the hiring manager – your potential boss – for a face-to-face interview. This interview will last around 2 hours and you will have a much better feel for the company and what we are about when you leave.
If your interview with the hiring manager goes well, you will then be asked to take a personality assessment. This will be on your own time, online and in the privacy of your own home.
Following the personality assessment, you will then come in for a final interview and you will meet the hiring manager again and other members of the team with whom you would work. This interview is the time for both sides to decide if there are any concerns and to address those concerns.
Within a few days, you will then be contacted by the recruiter and notified if we are going to give you an offer. The offer would be contingent upon the successful completion of reference checks and a background check.
